MeraTripBanao acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for any acts, omissions, delays, service deficiencies, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, or operational issues caused by third-party service providers.

6. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents and any other travel documents required during their journey. Failure to carry the necessary documents may result in denial of services without any refund.

7. Force Majeure

MeraTripBanao shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, pandemics, road closures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Limitation of Liability

The liability of MeraTripBanao, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to MeraTripBanao for the affected booking. Under no circumstances shall MeraTripBanao be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Users shall not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, distribute malicious software, engage in fraudulent activities, or undertake any actions that may disrupt, damage, or impair the website and its services.
